I use to use a traditional credit card until I discovered the benefits that rewards credit cards had to offer. I recently took my family on vacation and the plane tickets were almost completely paid for courtesy of my American express rewards program. That is exactly why the whenever I apply for a credit card I make sure that it will benefit me in every possible way.
