What is up with some employees?

We suspected someone was wasting lots of time on facebook, but we couldn’t prove it.

Then we got this employee monitoring software and
we could watch exactly what they were doing in real time.

Not only did we catch this person spending time on facebook – against office rules, but after she was fired,
she then posted bad things about our office on her facebook page.

It is unfortunate, but some employees see it as a challenge to get away with things…and I don’t have time to screw around
with this.

Now I can record what someone is doing with the employee monitoring software and
watch later if I suspect something is up.
