SCOE 10X Save the Carpet

The professional Carpet Cleaner said the carpet should be replaced in my rental house due to cat urine.

I treated the sub-floor, pad and back side of carpet with SCOE 10X. When I told the carpet guy that I saved the carpet he said “you’re kidding me!” That was a year ago and the odor never came back. Thanks!
